Student Union Lettings (SUL) was set up as a JV between Liverpool SU and City Residential Ltd to offer a unique letting and management service to the student property sector in Liverpool. Whilst City Residential and Student Union Lettings continue to work together in promoting higher standard of service to all clients we no longer do this through this Joint Venture company.
